On Wednesday, May 16th, Catalyst in Cambridge is going Rhône for the first wine dinner of their 2018 season, and they’ve invited company. Laurence Feraud of Domaine du Pegau will be in the house, pouring some of her finest whites and reds with hats over the vowels, from Côtes du Rhône to Châteauneuf-du-pape. Chef Justin Urso is feeling pretty French himself, with paired courses like coddled quail egg en croute with brioche and caviar, poached salmon with chanterelles, and beef coulette. This six-course flavor experience is available for $95 (including gratuity, excluding tax). Peep the menu below and allez ici for your ticket.
