Do Food Better With Foodbetter

All of the systems used to grow, deliver and eat food have room for improvement. Foodbetter Harvard aims to bring attention and solutions to areas of concern with a day of informational events scheduled for Thursday, October 12th. First up at 3:30pm is the Lightning Round, where top food thinkers will share their ideas to improve what and how people eat. This will be followed at 4:30pm by the Keynote Panel, moderated by Joanne Chang (Myers + Chang) and  featuring some of Boston’s favorite restaurateurs including Jody Adams (Saloniki, Porto, Trade), Tiffani Faison (Sweet Cheeks Q, Tiger Mama), Karina Jazayeri (Juliet), and Irene Li (Mei Mei). Topics range from healthier menu options, to profit sharing and LGBTQ advocacy within the restaurant industry. Then Foodbetter Dinner is served at 6:00pm including dishes from the panelists’ restaurants. Tickets to the panel are free but you need to reserve in advance.
