Nothing’s better than a brunch with the girls, and you can get in on the action at Lime in Chelsea every month with a drag brunch featuring Lakia’s Misleading Ladies. Lakia Mondale hosts the fab affair one Sunday a month, including April 2nd, May 7th and June 4th, and will be featuring some of Boston’s best drag performers like Melinda Wilson and Verna Turbulence.
Head to the Chelsea hotspot for some of chef Petal Joseph-Seale’s brunch bites (think: Buttermilk Waffle with Caramelized Fruit or a Lime BLT with “Crisps”) from 11:00am to 1:00pm and then get into a lip-synching frame of mind with a bloody mary or house mimosa for the show from 1:00 to 3:00pm. Tickets for each performance are $25 each and you can get yours here; email ahead if you plan to bring a squad so that they can have a table ready, and give the restaurant a call if you have any Qs at 617.466.0730.
