Looking for a little hair of the dog for your post-National Tequila Day celebrations? Mosey on over to the South End for dinner at Masa Latin Kitchen + Tequila Bar on Wednesday, July 25th . They’ll be hosting Ignacio Carballidos, owner of Los Amantes Mezcal, for dinner at their Tremont Street spot. The evening starts at 6:30pm with specialty cocktails featuring the hand-distilled Oaxacan spirit (which is made with 100% espadin agave that’s smoked in a traditional, underground pit for 72 hours and crushed by a donkey-pulled tahona). After cocktail hour, you’ll sit down to a three-course menu from chef Jorge Duarte accompanied by three expertly paired cocktails. The whole shebang (including gratuity but not processing fees) costs $48 per person. Reserve your seat online here or call Masa at 617.338.8884 for more info.
