A Dinner Celebrating Women & Food in Boston

Fairmont Copley Plaza Facebook

International Women’s Day may have passed, but the Fairmont Copley Plaza continues to celebrate female empowerment through the end of the month with a four-course dinner on Thursday, March 29th. Executive Chef Laurent Poulain has created a menu sourcing ingredients from four women-owned food businesses around Boston: Curds & Co., Nella Pasta, Bantam Cider, and nuFudge. In addition to the local love, the wine pairings for the meal will feature woman-owned vineyards from across the country. Tickets are limited for this exclusive event — in fact, you’ll have to share a secret password after you head down a century-old staircase to be let in — so secure your spot soon for $125 plus processing fees.
