Dine at Doretta’s Chef’s Table

Doretta Taverna & Raw Bar kicks off their Chef’s Table Dinners this month. Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening chef de cuisine Brendan Pelley welcomes guests to the restaurant’s communal table, which just so happens to be right in the middle of the kitchen. With room for only ten people, these five-course meals offer a uniquely intimate chef-guest experience and are a wonderful way to take in all the behind-the-scenes culinary goings-on. The dinners begin at 6:30pm and cost $75 per person not including alcohol, tax or gratuity. Reservations are not required but they’re not a bad idea.
