Spend the evening sipping wines from Deux Roche and Francois Villard at Catalyst‘s upcoming wine dinner, scheduled for Thursday, October 7th. Chef-owner William Kovel has crafted a delicately complex menu to pair with offerings from these two winegrowers. Deux Roche’s graceful whites will be served alongside dishes like cucumber and green apple scallop crudo and warm sea urchin flan with lobster, forest mushrooms and tarragon while offerings from Francois Villard are matched with seasonal goodies like seared Rohan duck with roasted fruit and yellow corn polenta, and strip loin au poivre with potato mille feuille and candy roasted squash.
