The Cambridge Science Festival isn’t all beakers and Bunson burners. On Sunday, April 15th, get to Pagu on Mass Ave. to explore the ways that five different Boston Chefs design flavor. From 1:00 to 3:00pm, Dr. Beth Altringer of Harvard’s Desirability Lab will debut her short film featuring local tastemakers Tracy Chang, Michael Pagliarini, Tse Wei Lim, Diana Kudayarova, and Sam Treadway. After the show, you’ll be able to do your best chef-impression by experimenting with flavor on your own, messing with umami, fats, sweeteners, and acids along with food, wine, and beer pairings from the Pagu team.
