Chef Ana Sortun pays tribute to her mentor and legendary cookbook author Paula Wolfert with a cooking demonstration at Sofra on Monday, June 5th. Pulling inspiration and recipes from a new biography of Wolfert written by Emily Kaiser Thelin, Unforgettable: The Bold Flavors of Paula Wolfert, Sortun will walk guests through classic recipes including mussels saganaki, sprinkle pie and Balkan-style kebabs. Not only will guests enjoy a delicious meal but they’ll also receive a signed copy of the book.
