Cali comes to the East Coast for dbar’s next wine dinner. On Wednesday, March 2nd, guests can sip on a sampling of vintages from the central coast of the Golden State in a four-course paired prix fixe from chef Chris Coombs. Dishes include seared littleneck clams and hearty ricotta cavatelli for enjoying alongside the chosen West Coast wines. The meal begins at 7:00pm and costs $65 per person.
