Chris Coombs and company set their sights on the southern hemisphere for their next wine dinner, scheduled for Wednesday, September 7th. Explore the wines of Australia as they’re paired with four-courses from the dbar kitchen. The Land Down Under Dinner costs $65 per person and starts at 7:00pm. It may be winter on the other side of the world but Coombs makes the most of summer produce like tomato, basil, corn and peaches.
