Head for the vineyard-dotted hills of Loire Valley by way of Dorchester at dbar’s monthly wine dinner. On Wednesday, April 6th, chef-owner Chris Coombs and company  explore the Garden of France, as the area is also known, over a four-course menu and hand-selected, of-the-region wines. The dinner, which starts at 7:00pm, costs $65 per person and includes oysters on the half shell, suckling pig and a cheese course.
