Hopefully you made a new year’s resolution to drink more Italian wines, because Davio’s in the Seaport has a Barolo dinner on Wednesday, January 25th at 6:00pm that’ll fit right in line with your goals. Chefs Andres Tavares and Rodney Murillo have a fab five-course menu planned to show off some gorgeous wine pairings from Damilano Barolo, including Nantucket Bay Scallops with truffle purée and brown butter with 2019 Damilano, Langhe Nebbiolo Marghe, Piedmont; and A-5 Wagyu Agnolotti Cacio e Pepe with 2020 Damilano, Barbera D’Asti, Piedmont.
Damilano’s brand manager, Thomas Cuni, will be on hand to guide you sip by sip through the wines and tell you all about their famed winery, which is one of the oldest in Barolo.
