On Thursday, February 27th, they’re hosting Nicole Marchesi, winemaker at Napa’s Far Niente Winery, for a five course wine dinner that’s all about the biggest and best California has to offer. The Davio’s team has whipped up five courses full of big flavor like foie gras, truffle veal agnolotti, and Brandt Beef ribeye paired with killer wines introduced and explained by Ms. Marchesi herself.
