Island Creek Oyster Bar celebrates celebratory wine with the next installment of their Vine Masters series. On Monday, December 5th, wine pro and author David White will bring his Champagne smarts to the Kenmore Square restaurant for a bubbly dinner. White and wine director Noell Dorsey have curated fizzy flights to accompany a luxurious five-course menu from chef Nicki Hobson. Signed copies of White’s book, But First, Champagne: A Modern Guide to the World’s Favorite Wine are included in the $125 cost, which covers the full menu and pairings.
