Darioush Wine Dinner at Ariadne

Chef Christos Tsardounis and wine director Kathleen Malloy welcome Bernard La Borie of Napa Valley’s Darioush Winery to join them at Ariadne Restaurant & Bar for a special six-course wine dinner on Monday, May 24th. Tsardounis will be whipping up dishes like roasted squab breast with morels, ramps and spring dug parsnips; and an ocean trio of softshell crab tempura, scallop ceviche and tuna sashimi to be paired with yet-to-be released vintages of limited production wines.
