Aspiring food writers, cookbook aficionados and curious diners, secure your spot at the Culinary Guild of New England’s upcoming dinner with author and food journalist Clara Silverstein. On Wednesday, March 5th Silverstein will entertain an audience of just 20 guests at the gorgeous Concord home of a generous Guild member with a delicious menu pulled from the pages of The Boston Chef’s Table, her recent cookbook which takes readers into the kitchens of Boston’s best restaurants including Blue Ginger, Olives, Rialto, and Sel de la Terre. Among the evening’s courses: tagliatelle with Tuscan meat sauce; cod with littleneck clams in an almond tomato sauce; and baked lemon pudding with gingersnaps.
