Competition cooking shows are fun to binge on, but there’s nothing like the energy and chaos (and fire, and knives) of the live version to really amp up the excitement. On Monday, October 1st, Bokx 109 American Prime in Newton is hosting their very own Culinary Fight Club, pitting some of the city’s most crushing culinary talent against one another in a kitchen showdown where you’ll be both audience and judge. Contestants will have 60 minutes on the clock to turn their box of secret ingredients into something (hopefully) delicious, and you’ll get to enjoy the show while you snack on apps and sip Sam Adams beers until the final plating.
