On Monday, August 9, 2004, Kestral invites guests to join them for their highly anticipated Cuban Night. The evening begins at 6:00pm with mojitos and a passed appetizer reception featuring simple and delicious Cuban delights like plantain empanadas and black bean fritters. Following the reception, chef/owner Jason Santos and sous chef Drew Greer will offer up a four-course, sit down dinner featuring Cuban specialties.
