Viale welcomes back the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts (CSCA) for a second collaboration dinner on Monday, February 26th. Chef-owner Greg Reeves, a CSCA alum, invites second-semester students Rasul Ussaev (from the Professional Chef’s Program) and Michael Nichols (from the Professional Pastry Program) into his kitchen, where they’ll be preparing a la carte specials in addition to the regular menu.
