Chef Greg Reeves is giving up-and-coming cookers a chance to shine in the fourth dinner in his on-going guest chef series at Viale. Mark your calendar for Wednesday, July 18th and plan an excursion to Central Square to see Cambridge School of Culinary Arts (CSCA) students Samantha Loos and Chris Miller in action. The pair, both part of the Professional Chef’s Program, will be adding their own unique dishes to the evening’s offerings. Reeves won’t be getting the night off though; an industry veteran and CSCA graduate himself, he’ll be on-hand to give guidance and lend support.
