Corn & Tomato Tribute Menu at 80 Thoreau

Chef Carolyn Johnson pays tribute to two of the season’s brightest stars this weekend with a prix fixe menu dedicated to corn and tomatoes. Book a table on 80 Thoreau’s expanded patio to revel in all the summery glory over freshly-shucked, vine-ripened dishes like heirloom tomato & watermelon with corn, purslane, pistachios and aged goat cheese, and chilled corn soup with tomato marmalade, cumin and oregano.
