Coriander’s Fall Cooking Tutorial

On Monday, November 3rd, Chef-owner Kevin Crawley kicks off his autumn series of Food & Wine Tutorials with a get together combining the goodness of Wasik’s Cheese Shop and Ward’s Berry Farm. The folks from Wasik’s, armed with an assortment of cheeses, will start the evening off at 7:00pm with a little help from their go-to wine guy Bob Harkey of Harkey’s Wine & Spirits in Millis. After the cheese course, guests will sit for a dinner featuring fall’s finest from Ward’s – roasted root vegetable strata served with crispy Statler chicken and truffled parsnip sauce.
