Gluten-free-ers rejoice! Coppa, the beloved neighborhood enoteca from culinary masterminds Jamie Bissonnette, Ken Oringer and Brian Rae, will be hosting a gluten-free takeover on Tuesday, May 4th. They’ll have all your Coppa go-to’s — pizzas, pastas, sweets and snacks — just in wheat-free versions. And it’s not just the menu that’s gluten-less, the entire kitchen and facilities will be deep-cleaned beforehand so there’s no chance of cross-contamination.
Reservations for this one-night-only evening are available from 4:00-9:30pm via OpenTable for inside the cozy South End dining room or out on their sidewalk patio. Act fast – you’ll want to snag a table while you can! But if you miss out on the res (or if you just don’t feel like taking off your WFH sweatsuit), they’ll also be making the menu for takeout and delivery. Whether you’re allergic or steer clear for other reasons, you can relax and enjoy all the carbs without a gluten-related care in the world.
