Calling all beer enthusiasts: the Copenhagen Beer and Music Festival returns to Boston on September 22nd and 23rd, this year in a new location. In its new digs at the South End’s SOWA Power Station, the festival, hosted by Mikkeller and Boston Calling Events, brings together some of the world’s most acclaimed craft breweries like Sweden’s Stigbergets and Manchester and England’s Cloudwater Brewing alongside local legends like Night Shift and Trillium for your tasting pleasure. There will be music from around the world too, with Denmark’s surf-rockers The Tremolo Beer Gut sharing a stage with local punky-country rockers Tigerman WOAH. And there’s plenty of food to balance out the beer: Boston favorites like Roxy’s Grilled Cheese, Tasty Burger and Zinneken’s Waffles will be slinging snacks to keep the munchies at bay. Tickets are $65 for general admission to a single day, and of course you must be 21 or older to buy one. VIP and multi-day passes are also available. Check out their website for all your ticketing options as well as the full beer, food and music lineup.
