On Thursday, February 10th, join restaurateur, author and acclaimed chef Ana Sortun (co-owner of Sofra Bakery & Cafe, Oleana and Sarma) for an introduction to the intricacies of Turkish cuisine. From 7:00-9:00pm, you can join her for an exploration of some of the essential ingredients as well as the rich flavors and culinary traditions of Turkey.
