Cooking Class with Jody Adams

Join chef Jody Adams in the kitchen at Rialto for any of her upcoming Winter Cooking Classes, in which she walks guests through the recipes she uses for some of her most innovative “flavor bases”. These novel ways to incorporate lemon, curry, garlic and other bold flavors can be made in advance and stored on the pantry shelves and then used to add punch to everyday cooking. Class participants will have an opportunity to learn some of the secrets behind Adams’ success while enjoying a relaxed afternoon at Rialto, a great meal with wine as well as recipes to try and samples to take home. Saturday, January 8th – Dukkah (an Egyptian spice mixture) and preserved lemons.

Saturday, February 12th – Curry paste and garlicky yogurt.

Saturday, March 5th – Dried fruit chutney and herb salt.
