Cook with some of Boston’s best chefs as part of the BCAE’s returning celebrity chefs cooking series. Throughout March and April, students can sign up to be instructed on the ins and outs of proper technique from the likes of Jason Santos (Blue Inc. and Abby Lane), Jay Murray (Grill 23), Eric Brennan (Post 390) and Josh Lewin (Beacon Hill Bistro). Classes run on Mondays from 6:00 to 9:00pm though prices vary. Visit the BCAE website to sign up.
