Learn the tricks of the trade straight from some of Boston’s top chefs, all while supporting a local nonprofit that helps minimize food insecurity. Between Monday, April 9th and Sunday, May 20, you’ll have three opportunities to get into the kitchen with chef Josh Lewin (currently of Juliet but formerly of No. 9 Park and Uni), chef Susan Regis (most recently of Shepard) or chef Marcos Sanchez (of dante and Tres Gatos before his present day gig at Tasting Counter). Each class is $125 and includes recipes, tastings and wine. Plus, all proceeds will support Community Cooks, a group of home cooks who prepare and deliver meals that serve more than 4,600 people every month.
