There’s no better way to celebrate the holidays (or anything, for that matter) than with bubbles. On Thursday, December 12th, the Inn at Hastings Park invites you to their Town Meeting Bistro for an effervescent event pairing Champagne Collet with the tasty talents of the Inn’s kitchen team. Pascal Boyé of Champagne Collet will welcome you at 6:30pm with canapés and a glass of brut, followed by a three-course meal designed for pairing with Champagne.
