Cognac Lovers Unite

‘Tis the season for sipping cognac and dining on hearty dishes and chef Patrick Spencer has got you covered. On Thursday, February 20th, D’Usse Cognac brings its fabulous French wares to the dining room of Church for a meal made for cognac aficionados. From 5:00 to 8:00pm, diners will enjoy a variety of cognac-based beverages and dishes like beef tenderloin with cognac cream, and duck liver mousse. The four-course menu costs $35 per person and, if you’d like to stick around for a show after dinner, tickets will only cost $5 extra.
