Go behind the scenes with chef Liz Bramwell of Rustic Kitchen as she cooks up pan-roasted cod for the April edition of The Cooking Show. Chef Bramwell will be preparing chef Michael Kelly’s cod recipe with carrot puree, sweet potato ravioli, broccolini and a caramelized honey vinaigrette. As part of the live studio audience, you’ll be treated to that entrée, as well as a warm asparagus salad with crabmeat, mache and egg. Pours of Darcie Kent West Pinnacles Vineyard Chardonnay will help you wash it all down. If that’s got your mouth-watering, pick up a ticket for the weekly Friday filming and meal online here. Tickets cost $80, $85 or $90 each, depending on seats and the fun starts at 7:00pm (guests are asked to arrive and check in by 6:45pm.)
