Their bar team is ready to show you the ropes and help you craft the perfect wow-that’s-amazing cocktail to impress your friends & family. Book a spot at their intro class with Bar Manager Kevin Cosgrove — they’ve got a few Monday seminars available: January 7th, 14th and 28th — where you’ll discuss tools and techniques, plus you’ll have a two-ounce taste of about 8-10 drinks. Curious how the Chilean tapas bar makes their signature “Black Unicorn” milk punch? They’ll cover that, too. To wrap things up, you’ll put your knowledge to use and shake up a drink of your own choosing. Leave the night with recipes for 50+ cocktails.
If you can’t commit to those dates (or if you want to expand on the insight you learned in the intro class), take your pick between a different set of Mondays, either January 21st or March 18th. JC Spece will be hosting a palate-challenging session later in the season, focusing on contemporary drink-making. You’ll pay special attention to unique ingredients and innovation creations. All classes include light hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages — cost is $75 per person.
