Clink Hosts a Celebration of Burgundy Wine

Chef Daniel Kenney and the crew at Clink. are polishing up the fancy glassware for their next wine dinner, scheduled for Thursday, May 19th (moved from May 12th). The elegant expressions of Burgundy’s earthy Pinot Noir and crisp Chardonnay will be the stars of the show at this delicious evening, which starts at 6:30pm in The Liberty Bar with JCB Crémant de Bourgogne and ice cold Wellfleet oysters. After that, guests will head into the dining room for a plated meal of Monkfish en Crépinette, Boeuf Bourguignon and Beurre Noisette Toast, all accompanied by complementary pairings. A Burgundy wine ambassador will be on hand to share some tasting notes and tips on each vintage.
