Get a little guidance from chef Bill Brodsky, who will be turning up at the Boston Center for Adult Education just in time to share some of his holiday secrets in one fabulously informative little get together. On Monday, November 12th the City Landing cooker will be walking class participants through a few delicious regional holiday specials. Class, which runs from 6:00-9:00pm in the BCAE’s Arlington Street demo kitchen, costs $70 per person ($60 for BCAE members) plus a $15 materials fee.
