Class on the Half Shell

Chefs Diana Kudayarova and Tse Wei Lim shell out some seafood wisdom at their upcoming Formaggio cooking class. On Thursday, February 4th, the owners behind Journeyman and Study will be cracking the code on cold-water delicacies like oysters, mussels, clams and scallops. The two-hour bivalve-focused class includes a five-course tasting (plus beverages) that highlights preparation techniques for the hinged dishes. The class, which takes place at the Formaggio Classroom Annex, runs from 6:30-8:30pm. Tickets are available online here for $65 each while they last.
