Say Slainte at Citizen this St. Patrick’s Day. Chef Steve Brand will have special plates on Friday, March 17th, like corned beef and cabbage (made with California prime beef) and lamb stew (made with local potatoes and Macomber turnips). For beverages, turn to bar director Kayla Quigley – a whiskey master in her own right. Her draft cocktail, the Red Legs, remembers the plight of Irish cane workers in the Caribbean, blending Glendalough Irish whiskey with pineapple, lime and AngoAmaro.
