Chef Tiffani Faison and the crew at Sweet Cheeks are getting in on the Cinco de Mayo fun with a special menu of tacos and a selection of festive bevvies on their margarita cart. The menu features the Taco Tray which comes with your choice of three tacos plus a scoop of their signature smoked meats (chicken verde, smoked carnitas and smoked brisket) as well as nachos made with hand cut tortilla chips, roasted tomato salsa, lime crema, avocado, cheddar and Monterey jack, available vegetarian or topped with chicken, pork, brisket.
You’ll definitely want to round out this feast with any (or all, #cincogoals) of the four margaritas, in flavors like Smoked Pineapple, Blackberry, Passion Fruit, and a house blend (all made with Espolòn tequila).
