The Painted Burro is opening its doors early (at 11:30am) in honor of Cinco de Mayo. On Friday, May 5th, they’re offering their dinner menu, which appropriately highlights Mexico’s culinary diversity, all day long. Plates, like their Cinco de Mayo special: lobster tacos, will be served up until 11:00pm.
