Appetizer options include chilled avocado soup with jalepeno essence, lime and roasted corn salsa; and grilled shrimp and goat cheese tortilla lime sandwiches with papaya lime salsa. Entrees include barbecue “pulled” lamb with fiery cucumber salsa; and seared cod with bay scallop and avocado salsa.
