Pretend you’re in Venice (or Cuba. Or somewhere in between), and park yourself in the sleek bar and bacaro area at SRV, starting at 5:30pm. Go straight after work for your best chance at the complimentary eats — they’re available until they’re gone — and expect some seafood to show up on the plate (Sherpa is the chef-owner of Select Oyster Bar, after all).
