USA vs. The World Wine Dinner

Editor’s Note: This event has been cancelled. If you’re interested in other wine dinners, here are a bunch to keep you wined and dined!

Drinks are dueling on Wednesday, June 12th, and you can be part of the judging at Chopps American Bar and Grill.  The modern, Burlington-based chophouse will have four courses of Italian eats including passed hors d’oeuvres, scallops, seared sirloin and an artisanal cheese & chocolate plate, and each comes with two glasses of wine — one from the U.S. and one from out of the country. Sip your away through English, French, Italian and Portuguese wines that have been curated by Executive Wine Director, Bruno Marini (read his Service Bar Chat with BostonChefs here) and take note on which one pairs best with your plate. A seat at the table is $90 per person plus a small processing fee; snag your tickets here before it’s too late!
