Kick things off in your sandals with a passed-appetizer reception over Napa Valley rosé, then sit for Ahi Tuna Tartare and a face-off between Loire Valley Sancerre and California Sauvignon Blanc, followed by a Grilled Bone-in Filet with a duel between Super Tuscan and American Cab.
