In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, chef Keith Pooler and pastry chef Liz O’Connell have designed a Harvest Review menu for the month of February that celebrates all things chocolate. On Wednesday, February 22nd starting at 6:00pm, Pooler and O’Connell will roll out their collaborative menu, which features chicken molé with rice, corn tortillas and guacamole; wild boar goulash with spaetzle, shiitake, pimentón and bitter chocolate; and Hudson Valley foie gras torchon with chocolate swirl brioche, fried chives and cherry-red wine syrup. Dinner winds down with Meyer lemon-chocolate gelato with candied lemon; and double chocolate-hazelnut torte with white chocolate torrone and toasted hazelnut ice cream. As usual, the dinner will be paired with accompanying wines chosen by wine director Jason Irving. Harvest Reviews cost $39 per person.
