Chillingsworth’s End of the Season Fête

On Sunday, September 3rd, for their annual Labor Bay bash, chef Nitzi Rabin and his team at Chillingsworth combine their Champagne Gala with a guest chef dinner featuring a menu from chef Bernard Guillas of the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club. The evening gets off to a festive start at 5:45pm in the garden with a sampling of hors d’oeuvres, and rose and brut champagnes. Guests, who are encouraged to wear their summer whites for the last time this season, will then head inside for a multi-course bicoastal dinner from Guillas, who was named Santé’s Chef of the Year. Mario Rinaldi of Paul Goerg Champagnes will be on hand pouring and speaking a little bit about the evening’s assortment of champagnes.
