Chillingsworth Celebrates Thirty Years

On Sunday, July 17th, in celebration of thirty successful years of Chillingsworth, chef Nitzi Rabin goes retro. Culling his and his guests’ favorite dishes from countless menus, Rabin will delight diners with a menu of updated renditions on some of the old classics. The evening gets underway outside in the garden with hors d’oeuvres and champagne at 5:30pm followed by dinner at 6:30pm. The menu is still officially under wraps but don’t be surprised if dishes like Lobster Chillingsworth, fish mousse, filet of beef Kempinski or Dacquoise make an appearance.
