Come to the Cape on Saturday, October 20th for Chillingsworth’s Annual Game Dinner. The signature event features a special menu full of game meats like elk and antelope, seasonal fish and shellfish and root vegetables. Chef Robert Rabin and crew have also done a fair bit of foraging, gathering local wild mushrooms for the evening as well. Each dish will be paired up with a glass of wine — both crisp whites and rich reds — and the 300-year-old estate will be adorned with fall decorations. What should you wear? Hunt country attire is perfectly acceptable (in fact, it’s encouraged) — think flannel, tweed, etc. Dinner costs $135 per person, which is all inclusive and covers wine pairings, tax and gratuity.
