Chilean Wine Dinner at Bonfire

A steakhouse they may be but it’s not all-meat-all-the-time at Bonfire – on Wednesday, December 10th chef Bonfire hosts a five-course Chilean wine dinner that’s brimming with all sorts of seasonal seafood and the flavors of South America. Highlights from the menu include conch ceviche with cucumber salad, flowers and mojito bubbles; and an adult version of PB&J with foie gras, brioche and cabernet sauvignon. Of course, the menu has a Brandt Farm ribeye cap to top it all off. This one comes with quinoa, aged black garlic, mousseron mushrooms and hollandaise. Reservations for dinner, which costs $70 per person, are required so call Bonfire at 617.426.2000.
