Chef Colin Lynch and the Bar Mezzana team have revived a beloved Monday night tradition by bringing back their amazing Chicken Parmezzana. Every Monday night you can find a seat at the bar and sink your teeth into a classic chicken parm sando made with fried chicken thighs drenched in Lynch’s take (a coastal Italian take) on Nashville Hot Dip and loaded with house-made mozzarella, tomato sauce, basil and oregano. The sandwich is only $10 (or $14 with fries), only available at the bar, and only made in limited quantities.
