Chiara brings the flavors of Burgundy across the Atlantic with their upcoming wine dinner. Chef Steven LaCount partners with Terry Connaughton, regional sales manager for the Boisset Collection of wineries, to welcome Sylvie Poillot of Domaine de la Vougeraie. On Monday, April 4th, the American ambassador for the well-known winemakers will be on-hand for a five-course paired dinner. The wine-and-dine evening starts at 6:30pm with an oyster and bubbly reception before the sit-down meal at 7:00pm.
